Rentals We Got'em has been assisting owners since 1972. We are a full service residential property management company specializing in the management and sale of single family homes and condominiums.

Unlike other management companies who spread themselves thin, by managing properties throughout the entire San Diego County; we only handle properties that we can get to within a 15 minute radius from our office.

To ensure that we, the family owners of Rentals We Got'em, stay "hands on" in personally managing your property. You and your tenants will be dealing directly with the owners and family members of our company, ensuring that your property is always in the hands of an experienced person who cares.

We get the job done!

At Rentals We Got'em we make ourselves available to show your property to prospective tenants after office hours and on weekends. The majority of prospective tenants need help in locating a rental, after normal work day hours. By taking this extra step we get the job done!

The highly effective marketing strategy we have developed over the past 37 years, keeps a ready pool of prospective tenants. Frequently, we fill vacancies before we have even begun to advertise them.

Don't be fooled by the illusion of others that your vacant property is being shown 7 days a week. 

Pick up the phone and try to get an appointment after 4:00 pm Monday - Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday. With most other companies, you will find it almost impossible. With Rentals We Got'em we are available to get the job done!
