I've been with Al Watson for more than seventeen years now, and throughout that entire time, have been thoroughly pleased with Al and all the staff at Watson Realty.

It started back in 1989 when I was moving overseas for my first expat assignment.  I contacted Al to manage the rental of my home in Carmel Mountain Ranch, and then, seemingly overnight, I was on a plane to South East Asia.  Al took care of everything.  I had enough headaches at that time getting ready for the move, so not having to worry about the rental of the house was a big relief.

And, as things turn out, I never made it back to San Diego to live, so Al has been managing the property for the entire time.  I'm now living overseas again (and have been for the past eleven years) and Al runs everything like clockwork, communicating by email and sending me monthly financial reports.  There are never any surprises.

I'm sure that if I'd picked a different property manager way back when, I would have sold the house years ago......no one could possibly do as good a job as Al and his crew.
